Concept Design

Advanced Engineering (FEA)

FEA stands for Finite Element Analysis, which is a computational method used to predict how objects behave under various conditions, such as forces, vibrations, and heat. It involves breaking down complex structures into smaller, manageable parts (finite elements) to analyze their behavior and identify potential weak spots. Reports made including calculations and recommendations, to ensure product serves as per expected reliability and performance.

Detailed Design

Is the second phase of the design process, where all necessary specifications, materials, and construction details are created. This phase runs in parallel to stress analysis (FEA). Detailed design results in a complete physical description of every part of the structure, often referred to as the "blueprints". It contrasts with conceptual design, which focuses on the overall vision and ideas behind a project.
